BASIC QUESTIONS
1. What is Videomaker?
Videomaker is an easy-to-use online software that transforms your inputted script and selected preferences into a seamlessly-edited video. It utilizes a library of millions of footage, images, and audio clips to help you create compelling stories. With its easy-to-navigate interface and powerful A.I. technology, Videomaker allows even those without technical expertise to create amazing videos.

With Videomaker, you can create stunning videos for any purpose. Here are just some of the things you can create with Videomaker:

5. Can I create videos about anything?
You are free to make videos for a wide variety of purposes. However, you are NOT allowed to use Videomaker to create videos that may be found to be any one or a combination of the following:
6. Can I still change the script later on?
For as long as your video project is still in draft mode, you will be able to change your script.
On the editor page, you’ll find a small button labeled ‘Script’ under the video preview display. When you click this button, a pop-up screen will appear, allowing you to edit the text of your script. Once you’re done making all your edits, simply click ‘Submit’, and your project’s video clips and images should update according to your revisions.
BUT?, once you’ve purchased your video file, you will no longer be able to make any edits to your script. This is because the footage files are license upon purchase.
7. Can I still change the color scheme later on?
Yes, you can. This preset is just to guide the A.I. in generating the initial video.
After the initial video has been generated, on the editor page, you will be able to modify all the colors of your project.
8. Can I still change the video’s industry category and mood later on?
Yes, you can. These presets are just to guide the A.I. in generating the initial video. These details, together with the information gathered from your script using Videomaker’s language-recognition technology, assists the A.I. in choosing the footage, images, and music to be selected for your video.
After the initial video has been generated, on the editor page, you will be able to modify all of these elements.
9. Can I still change the language later on?
No, you can’t. However, you may begin a new video project to cater to your desired language.
10. Can I still change the voiceover later on?
For as long as your video project is still in draft mode, you will be able to change your chosen voiceover.
On the editor page, you’ll find a small button labeled ‘Script’ under the video preview display. When you click this button, a pop-up screen will appear, allowing you to choose a new voiceover from the drop-down menu. Once you’ve chosen your new voiceover, simply click ‘Submit’.
BUT, once you’ve purchased your video file, you will no longer be able to make any edits to your chosen voiceover other than adjusting the volume via the audio tab.
11. Can I change the aspect ratio and orientation of my videos?
Yes, you can. These can be changed regardless of whether your video is in draft or purchased mode.
You simply select your desired aspect ratio on the editor page by clicking the following buttons above the video preview display:
12. How do I disable my voiceover?
On the editor page, look for the ‘Voiceover’ button below the video preview display. Clicking this button will allow you to enable or disable your voiceover. Green means that the feature is enabled for the entire video, while grey means that the feature is disabled for the same.

13. How do I disable my subtitles?
On the editor page, look for the ‘Subtitles’ button below the video preview display. Clicking this button will allow you to enable or disable your subtitles. Green means that the feature is enabled for the entire video, while grey means that the feature is disabled for the same.

15. What’s the suggested dimension and aspect ratio for my uploaded content?
We recommend uploading photos and videos with a 1920x1080 pixel dimension and 16:9 ratio. This way, you won’t have a difficult time adjusting your video later on!
SAVING
16. Does my project save automatically or do I have to save it myself?
Your project automatically saves every few seconds. However, you can also save it manually by clicking the ‘Save’ button on the top right corner of the screen.
17. What is the difference between ‘draft’ and ‘purchased’?
Your videos are in draft mode before purchase. This means that you are free to edit everything about your video, but you cannot download it. They will appear in the top half of your dashboard under Drafts.
Your videos are purchased once you have paid for them. Once purchased, there are limitations to what you are allowed to edit. However, you are free to download the videos. They will appear in the bottom half of your dashboard under Purchased.
18. Will other users be able to view my saved projects?
No, only you have access to your dashboard and your video projects.
19. Will my saved projects in draft mode ever expire?
No, they will not expire. They will stay on your dashboard unless you manually delete them.
DOWNLOADING
20. How many times can I download my videos?
You can download your video as many times as you want within the 1 year period!
21. In what file format are my downloaded videos?
Videomaker files are downloaded as MP4. MP4 is the most universal video file format around as it is widely supported by a variety of the most popular digital devices on the market.
PURCHASE
22. Will my purchased video credits ever expire?
Yes, they will expire after a period of one year from the date of purchase.
23. Will my purchased videos ever expire?
No, they will not expire. They will stay on your dashboard unless you manually delete them.
24. Can I still modify my video after purchase?
Yes, you can modify your video project after purchase, but this is limited to the following features:
You will NOT? be able to make changes to the script, voiceover, or selected footage and images after purchase.
DEVICES
25. What devices and browsers support Videomaker?
Videomaker runs on all desktop, laptop and tablet devices, and can be accessed through all major web browsers including but not limited to Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, and Internet Explorer. Google Chrome is the recommended browser.
26. Can I work on my video projects on different devices?
Yes, you can. Your video projects are tied to your account rather than your device. For as long as you are logged into your Inmagine account on the device you want to work on, you will be able to access all of your video projects.
27. Can I work on my video projects on different devices simultaneously?
This depends on what plan you are subscribed to. On the basic plan, you are limited to working on only one device at a time. However, on the premium plan, you will be able to work on multiple devices simultaneously.
TERMS OF USE
28. What am I allowed to use my videos for?
This depends on your video’s license. Generally, you can use your videos for personal use, advertising, promotional activities (on social media platforms or websites) and online publications purposes (blogs and articles). What differs is that under an enterprise license, you can also monetize your videos via streaming platforms or for paid viewing.
29. Am I allowed to sell my videos?
You are allowed to create videos as a service for clients but are not allowed to sell the videos as stock content.
For example, Adam, a freelancer, can create a video for Mark using Videomaker. However, Adam cannot sell to Mark the individual images and footages he used to create the video. Adam may also not sell the same or the finished product to Stock Company X.
30. Am I allowed to copyright my videos?
No, you can’t.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
31. Videomaker is not functioning properly. What should I do?
If Videomaker stops functioning, first try to fix the error with these troubleshooting steps:

32. What if I forget my password?
If you have forgotten your password, simply click ‘Forgot Password’ at the login page and enter the email address that you used to sign up for Videomaker. Click ‘Continue’ to proceed.
33. Why isn’t my content uploading?
If you receive an error while uploading your content, first try to fix the error with these troubleshooting steps:
