You are free to make logos for a wide variety of purposes. However, you are NOT allowed to use Logomaker to create logos that may be found to be any one or a combination of the following:

Reasonably likely to cause harm;

5. Can I use my own fonts?

At the moment, you can only use fonts listed on Logomaker.

6. What is the standard size dimension of the logo?

The standard size dimension of the logo is 600 px (w) x 600 px (h).

7. How do I download my logo?

You can download your logos once you purchased the logo. Under ‘Your Profile’, you can retrieve your logo under ‘Saved Logos’. Select the logo you purchased and click the ‘Download’ button.

8. What are the file formats that I will receive when I download the logo?

Based on the package that you purchased, you will receive:

Premium package:
- JPG - which is recommended for online usage, to upload on social media, etc.
- PNG - which is recommended for online usage that requires higher resolution or with transparency background.
- SVG - which is recommended for general printing or editing (using third party editing tools)
- PDF - which is recommended for general printing.
Basic package:
- PNG
- SVG

9. Once purchased, how do I receive my logo?

After your payment has been processed, you will be able to download your logo right away from our site on the post-purchase page. Just be sure to stick around after your payment goes through.

10. Can I make changes to a logo after I purchase it?

Once the logo is purchased, you are not able to make any changes. If you want to make changes to one of your projects, you will have to purchase it again.

11. What devices and browsers support Logomaker?

Logomaker runs on all desktop and laptop devices and can be accessed through all major web browsers including but not limited to Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, and Internet Explorer. Google Chrome is the recommended browser.

12. Can I work on my logos on different devices?

Yes, you can. Your logo projects are tied to your account rather than your device. For as long as you are logged into your Inmagine account on the device you want to work on, you will be able to access all of your logos.

13. Do I own the full copyright of my purchased logo?

No, you don’t. Kindly refer to our license ter ms to read more about the copyright of your logo.

14. Am I allowed to trademark my logos?

No, you can’t.

15. Am I allowed to sell my logos?

You are allowed to create logos as a service for clients for a fee but are not allowed to sell the logos as stock content.

16. Can others use my logo once I have purchased it?

Logomaker generates over a million different logo options for every input which means that it will be personalized for you and your brand. Hence, the chances of someone creating an identical logo is low. Kindly note that we do not remove the icons or other elements that you had used for your logo after you have purchased it.

If Logomaker stops functioning, first try to fix the error with these troubleshooting steps:

Make sure you are on a laptop or desktop.
Make sure your internet connection is working normally.
Make sure that you are using the latest version of your browser.

18. How can I access Logomaker if I forgot my password?

20. Why can’t I download my logo?

If you receive an error while downloading your logo, first try to fix the error with these troubleshooting steps:

Make sure your internet connection is working normally.
Save your file and reload the page. Attempt to download again afterward.
