Working Guide for Single File Conversion

 

Step 1 - Install & Launch the software

First of all, download and launch the application the system

 

Step 2 - Click on the Add File option

Once the software is launched successfully, you will see multiple options appearing on the screen. Click on Add File option to load the required OLM files for importing to OWA account.

 

Step 3 - View Import Scanning Process

After clicking the required file, the software will now scan OLM file data and display the progress report as shown below

 

Step 4 - Get OLM Files Data Preview

Once scanning process gets over, all the OLM file folder items will appear on the left side of software screen. Tap on the required folder and all its files list will be shown immediately on the right side of the application. Now click the file which you want to view and all the data will display in Preview pane.

 

Step 5 - Save Attached Files Separately

In the preview section, Save Attachments option is available that can be clicked when a user wants to save only OLM file attachments instead of implementing the entire migration process.

 

Step 6 - Press Export button of Software

Now click the Export button of the application, another software window with multiple options appear on the screen. Choose the required output format i.e. Office 365. Now, select another options as per need and press Convert button.

Step 7 - Enter the required details in box

After choosing Office 365 as a file saving format, a window will appear asking to enter the desired id and a password and then continue with Next option.

 

Step 8 - View Live Conversion Status
