Under the default conditions, mainframes besides the machine that EasySQLMAIL was located in are not allowed to access the web control interface of EasySQLMAIL for the safety of system and data origin.

EasySQLMAIL used a multi-layer encrypted storage in the storage of data source passwords and other important information to ensure password security.
When sending a report message, EasySQLMAIL has strict limits on the dispatch object of the reports. The dispatched object of the report forms was confined to the email address existed in the address book of the EasySQLMAIL system. The system administrator can control the delivery range of the report forms by managing the address book.
In the enterprise business, by using link email, the report forms can be sent and inquired in the inner-enterprise only to secure the safety of the messege.
