Security Fonts Features

Security Fonts are used to print secure text, names and currency amounts on highly secure documents, such as a bank check, in a manner that cannot be easily altered and may prevent forgery. This package includes 5 separate secure fonts in 6 different formats, both normal and descriptive, where the written characters appear below or embedded into the character. These secure fonts also include upper and lower case alpha characters, numbers, symbols and multiple currency characters including the Dollar, Euro, Pound and Yen.

Multiple Formats Provided:

After purchasing a license for this font, the customer will receive all versions in a single ZIP file. The manual is supplied in a file named "Readme.html". The following fonts are included:

•TrueType .ttf security fonts are supplied in PC and Mac format. The TrueType TTF fonts are compatible with Mac OS X and all versions of Microsoft Windows, including Pocket PC. Mac formatted MTT TrueType fonts are also supplied for compatibility with Mac System 7.1 to 9.x.

•OpenType .otf security fonts with PostScript outlines are provided. These are compatible with Windows®, Linux, Mac OS X and other systems supporting the OpenType format.

•PostScript Type 1 security fonts are supplied in binary, ASCII and Mac versions.

•PCL LaserJet soft fonts at 12, 14, 18 and 24 points are also included.

Included with the purchase of a Developer License:

•With a purchase of the Developer License or above, a full set of Web Fonts are included in WOFF, EOT and SVG formats to easily display barcodes in any web browser.

•The embedding support of IDAutomation's Security Fonts enable embedding in special PDF document applications such as Adobe Writer, Distiller, PDF Lib and FOP TTF Reader. This level of embedding also supports the creation of OpenType and TrueDoc secure fonts for web pages.
