Scan to Repair OST File

Two scanning modes are available to repair damaged OST file i.e. Quick scan and advanced scan. Quick scan is for less corrupt OST file and advance scan option is for severely corrupt OST file recovery. Now, the software performs Quick scanning by default.

Divide File by Size

While extracting OST data into , you can apply the split option to break the resultant file into multiple parts. Specify the size in GB and the software will create several files of same size.

Save & Load Scanned OST

The software enables the user to save an OST file once it has been scanned. The scanned file can be later on loaded when required, thus enabling the user to save time from re-scanning the same OST file.

Export Data Without Outlook

The software gives the provision to extract data from OST file into different file formats with MS Outlook as optional component in the user machine. The user can perform complete recovery and export independent of Outlook.

Get Complete Export Report

After the complete OST restoration; an Export report will get generated by the OST Repair software. The report will contain the details of exported mailboxes and path of saved files. You can save this report in .csv file format for future reference.

Different Naming Options

If you select .eml or .msg format to extract the OST file emails then software will provide you an option to choose the appropriate naming convention to save the emails.
