The steps are as follows:
1. When the file is downloaded, click the "Save" button -> the security warning window will appear
2. Save the file to your local computer
3. When the download is complete, minimize all the windows on the computer, double-click the qbpwCab.exe file
4. Browse the customer need to remove the password from the data file, stand alone
5. The Password Reset Utility window appears. In the "New password and New password confirmation" area, ask the customer to enter their new password
6. Enter the security token
7. Click the Reset Password button
