On 29th of October, 2018, the Vice president & Sales of InfoSoft Global Vikas Potta and Partner Manager Sathish George visit our company, our General Manager Yu Xianglong and other two employees in-charge of relevant departments hold meeting with the two key representatives from India in our reception room.
During the meeting, General Manager Yu Xianglong first welcomed the arrival of the two key representatives from InfoSoft Global. Subsequently, the two parties discussed the sales situation of FusionCharts products in recent years. Yu Xianglong, the General Manager, thinks that the main factors affecting sales are language and technical support. He says that, first he hopes that InfoSoft Global can change the operating interface of the software into Chinese. Second, he hopes that InfoSoft Global can provide us better technical support to satisfy customers.
Vikas and Sathish mentioned: three new products were released three months ago, Fusion Export, 20 + Dashboards, Data Stories, and the latter two are solution products. Three months ago, the subscription mode of the product was changed to permanent authorization. If there are any changes or upgrades in the software, they will let us know in time.
Secondly, Vikas and Sathish asked how to improve the sales of FusionCharts, Yu Xianglong, the General Manager, said that we can start from the following three aspects:
Through this communication, the two parties reached a consensus on how to promote the FusionCharts’ market, and believed that this meeting generated a good opportunity for long-term cooperation between the two sides.
