TeamViewerRemoteControl Application | Remote Connection, Remote Assistance, RemoteUpdate

 

 

 

 

Account assignment

 

Displays the TeamViewer account to which the remote device is assigned to. A status indicator will show, if an account assignemt does exist or not.

 

Clickling on the link opens the Teamviewer options of the remote device where you can change the account assign- ment settings.

 

Wake-On-LAN

 

Displays whether Wake-On-LAN is activated for the remote device or not. If the status indicator is colored in red,

Wake-On-LAN is not possible for the remote device.

 

Clicking on the link opens the Wake-On-LAN configuration to take action on the setup of Wake-On-LAN for the remote device.

 

Unattended access

 

Displays whether unattended access is activated for the device or not.

 

Clicking on the link opens the configuration dialog where you can activate or deactivate unattended access for the remote device.

 

 

 

 

 

Endsession

 

 

Endsthecurrentconnection.

 

 

 

 

Note:Thedisplayedinformationmaydifferaccordingtotheusedoperatingsystems.

 

Actions

Session

End ses- sion

Ends the current connection.

l End session and lock remote computer: Ends the current session and locks the remote computer.

 

Leave note

Will create a sticky note on the remote desktop. This feature is available for connections to a TeamViewer full version, TeamViewer Host or TeamViewer Quick-

Support.

 

Note: The note will still be displayed after the connections was ended.

Windows Options

Lock Lock now: Locks the remote computer. Now you can switch user accounts or sign in to the same session again.

Lock on session end: Locks the remote computer automatically after session end or session abort.

 

Note: The Lock on session end option is enabled automatically if the remote computer is locked or if no user is signed in while a connection is being estab- lished.

 

Sign out of remote computer: Logs the current Windows user account off at the remote computer. You can then now log back into any Windows user account.

Send

Ctrl+Alt+Del

Sends the CTRL+ALT+DEL key combination to the remote computer.

 

Send key

combinations

Transmits key combinations (such as ALT+TAB) directly to the remote

computer and does not execute the command locally.

 

Disable remote input

Prevents mouse and keyboard input on the remote computer.

 

Note: Press CTRL+ALT+DEL on the remote computer to undo this action.

 

 

Show black screen

Switches the monitor of the remote computer to a black screen.

 

Note: Press CTRL+ALT+DEL on the remote computer to undo this action.

 

 

Note: To guarantee a black screen, you can install a driver once. If you disable the display on the remote computer, the Show black screen

dialog box will appear. To install the driver, click the Continue button.

Opens the Invite additional participant dialog box (see section 10.6 , page 86).

 

Opens the Session list widget (see section 10.6 , page 86).
