Session recording comes to On-Demand Assist
Support auditing and training initiatives with the ability to record On-Demand Assist sessions. Simply hit the ‘Rec’ icon on the toolbar during a session to capture the screen and save it to a location of your choosing.
We’ve added the monitor selection tool to the VNC Viewer toolbar so it’s in easy reach. Toggle between connected monitors on your remote desktop device or select a specific monitor from the dropdown list.
Native integration for Duo Authentication
Protecting your sessions with the Duo Authentication method is now easier than ever before. Our native integration lets you directly link VNC Connect with your Duo account making it quicker to set up and easier to implement.
User Notice | End of support for Windows 7, 8, and 8.1
With Microsoft having ended its support for Windows 7, 8, and 8.1 in January 2023, in line with our policy, we have now ended support for these versions of Windows.
You can continue to use VNC Connect on these platforms, but we recommend upgrading your software to a supported version so you continue benefiting from regular security fixes and improved performance.
