As always, we continue to improve our products for better performance and usability. We are happy to announce the release of Dynamsoft Barcode Reader SDK v8.2. Take a look at all major highlights!
Release Highlights
- Improved both the localization and decoding algorithm for Postal Codes
- LocalizationMode LM_STATISTICS_POSTAL_CODE will not be added automatically when enabling Postal Code. Instead, users can manually run localization mode if it is required
- RegionPredetectionMode RPM_GENERAL_HSV_CONTRAST has changed from a default to optional. A new argument, FindAccurateBoundary, is added to enable users to turn on this mode manually
- Added a new attribute, organizationID (string) to DMLTSConnectionParameters/iDMLTSConnectionParameters for Android & iOS editions. The attribute adds a new layer of security for both full and trial licenses
