ONLYOFFICE news for partners: version 6.2 of ONLYOFFICE Docs and new desktop editors

ONLYOFFICE v6.2 with data validation, table of figures and updated spreadsheets

We released the new version of our editors with:

♦ Data validation to determine which data can be added to certain cells.

♦ Slicers in pivot tables to indicate the current filtering state.

♦ Creating custom number format to adjust the applied cell number format the way you need it.

♦ New functions: GROWTH, TREND, LOGEST, UNIQUE, MUNIT, and RANDARRAY.

♦ Table of figures to organize the captioned images, tables, equations, shapes, etc.

♦ New proofing options in presentations to use autocorrect as you type, e.g. create numbered or bulleted lists automatically.

♦ New interface languages: Belarusian, Catalan, Greek, Lao, and Romanian.

Desktop editors with digital signatures

The desktop app will be updated soon. In addition to v6.2 enhancements listed above, it will have:

♦ Digital signature to verify that document content originates from signer and there’s no alterations.

♦ Password protection to prevent unwanted access to locally stored documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

♦ Ability to connect to Seafile for online collaboration on docs.
