Active Directory Support (without Proxy support)
Part of the AD integration which was available in Faronics Cloud Deep Freeze is now available in Faronics Cloud Deploy. Active Directory users can now log in to Deploy using their Active Directory credentials. Sites and permissions can be assigned to AD Users directly or inherited based on their AD group membership. Custom Apps support for Mac
It is now possible to deploy custom apps on Mac machines as well. This was only available for Windows but now admins can push custom apps with extensions such as DMG, ZIP and TAR as well as run custom shell scripts.

Mac Policy support
Admins can now create a policy for Mac machines configured within Faronics Cloud Deploy. Under the policy, the different modes can be configured as well; such as Manual, Scheduled, Semi-Automatic and Version Freeze. This will give admins a better control on setting appropriate settings for macOS managed machines.

Configuration (Kiosk for WIndows10, Registry, Services, Custom Scripts)
This is a new feature in Faronics Cloud Deploy for Windows workstations which allows admins to run in-built scripts to perform specific actions with a wizard type approach. This includes the option to make changes to a specific Reg Key, or control a Service or running a Custom Script.

Ticketing
This is the next version of Incident Reporting (or Anti Bullying which is available in Faronics Cloud Deep Freeze). To enable this, admins will have to go to their User Profile page and enable Ticket Management. This will allow users to submit tickets from the Windows Noti?cation Bar with a customizable popup. This setting will take effect on computers after users log off and log on again.
