Flexible Deployment Options

GroupDocs.Viewer for Cloud API is an on-demand service hosted on GroupDocs' servers. We use secure Amazon EC2 infrastructure to store and process your documents. If you prefer on-premises deployment, please also consider GroupDocs.Viewer for .NET or Java APIs.

Advanced Security

From the ground up, GroupDocs.Viewer has been built with security in mind. It allows you to protect your documents from unauthorized copying, while still sharing them with others:

• Your original documents are not downloaded to user machines during view sessions. Instead, the viewer converts documents to web-compatible content and then renders it in user browsers just like a web-page.
• In-built Digital Rights Management (DRM) feature allows you to restrict printing, downloading and text copying options. You have complete control over what documents are shared in a "read-only" mode and with full access rights.
• SaaS deployment requires documents to be processed and stored on GroupDocs servers. We use industry-leading Amazon EC2 infrastructure to guarantee the security and privacy of your contents. All API requests and document viewing sessions are made over SSL. Read more about our servers' security.
• For customers who prefer to store and host documents on-premises, we offer downloadable .NET and Java APIs.
