How does your licensing work?
The number of licenses you need is based solely on the number of living, breathing admins actually using the software. If you have three admins, you will need three licenses. (Sorry, no sharing.) Licenses are good for a full year.
Can I purchase licenses for Deploy & Inventory separately?
While installed separately, Deploy & Inventory are packaged together. One license gets you both!
Can licenses be shared between multiple admins?
No. Each admin must have their own unique license.
Do upgrades of PDQ software cost money?
No. Licensed software includes all versions released during your subscription period. Any versions released outside your subscription period can still be upgraded.
How long is my subscription active for?
Your annual subscription is valid for one year from the time of purchase.
What happens if my subscription lapses?
Access to product updates and the Package Library requires a current subscription.
