With SEPA-Transfer you can easily create bank transfers and accept direct debits from all 34 countries belonging to the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA). You often have to process multiple debits or transfers? No problem. SEPA-Transfer allows you to pay and collect many payments at once! SEPA-Transfer processes all your financial transactions quickly and safely.

 

The software is only available in German. The English version is coming soon.

Simple Home Banking in Germany via HBCI/FinTS

• Send SEPA bookings to your bank via HBCI(+)/FinTS (Homebanking).
• Send large quantities of transactions to the bank with just one registration as a collective transaction.
• Call up your current account transactions at your bank with SEPA-Transfer.
• SEPA-Transfer can check whether your account is sufficiently covered before sending transfer orders to your bank.
• SEPA-Transfer supports all TAN procedures in the Small Business Edition (e.g. smsTAN, chipTAN, sm@rt-TAN, iTAN etc.).
• The Enterprise Edition supports registration via chip card reader or RDH file.
• Express transfers can be transferred with the Enterprise Edition if your bank supports this.

• The SEPA-Transfer Enterprise Edition can be used in combination with a magnetic or chip card reader as an EC payment system in your business or institution in Germany.

Bank Transfer Form

You can fill out the transfer form manually - just like with a paper template. Alternatively, you can import the data from various sources (e.g. CSV, Excel or text files). With the Enterprise Edition, you can import data from any ADO source (such as MS Access or MS SQL). If desired, a booking once entered can be saved as a template.

 

Account Settings

In the settings, you create the accounts to be managed and enter all relevant data. Here you define how online communication with the bank can be verified.

 

Import Wizard

The Import Wizard supports you in importing transaction data from different sources such as SEPA, text, CSV, Excel files, or from a database.

 

Import Export

All data is clearly presented again before export. You can thus see at a glance whether the transactions to be executed are correct.

 

Debit Settings

In the Direct Debit settings, select the type of direct debit and specify the printer type on which direct debits and SEPA mandates are to be printed. In the SEPA Transfer Enterprise Edition, you adapt templates in the integrated editor.

 

Turnover Query

SEPA-Transfer can retrieve your current account transactions from your bank. The displayed transactions can be filtered by payment debtor, purpose and other values and exported as Excel or PDF files.

Can SEPA-Transfer also read EC cards with chip?

Yes, SEPA-Transfer supports chip card readers since version 7.1.

 

Does SEPA-Transfer also support the import of Excel or Access?

Yes, provided you have installed the corresponding version locally on the system.

 

Does SEPA-Transfer support SEPA files?

Yes, in the menu "Import / Export > Export > Create SEPA file" you can create a SEPA XML file from the bookings. The account number and bank code are automatically converted to IBAN and BIC if the bank details are German.

 

How can I reuse booking data once they have been entered?

If you have to make individual bookings regularly, you can activate the check mark in front of "Save as template" on the main form when you make your first entry. If you would like to load this booking again, click on the arrow on the right in the recipient field and select the desired entry. Now this booking will be loaded into the main form and marked as open. Of course, you can still change this booking before you export the SEPA file. You can also select several bookings in the template dialog and load them all into the main form by clicking on "Apply".

 

What is New in SEPA-Transfer?

 

Version 10.2.9

• The button labels in the turnover display were reversed and corrected.
• For direct debits and transfers to Monaco, it is now also possible to enter addresses in accordance with the EU Money Transfer Regulation.
• The new SEPA Transfer database now filters out line breaks that some banks have included in their account transactions and no longer stores them in the SEPA Transfer database. This ensures a better formatting of the account transactions in the program and the exported files.
• The online banking library has been updated and contains minor bug fixes and adjustments to recent changes made by some banks. The name of the Postbank user ID has been corrected in PostbankID#Profile.
