ABBYY FlexiCapture Engine represents the latest generation of ABBYY’s data capture SDK technology. It enables developers to quickly develop solutions for extracting data from forms and documents of virtually any type or complexity. FlexiCapture Engine is ideal for System Integrators and Service Providers who develop integrated data capture solutions.
ABBYY FlexiCapture Engine provides tools for extracting data from documents that have no fixed layout including invoices, contracts and letters. All required data fields can be quickly located and extracted in an appropriate format.
FlexiCapture Engine can be used to separate documents, and to identify document types. Plus, it can assemble one- and multi-page documents out of a mix of pages, enabling automatic classification of documents with variable layouts – and of any complexity.
The performance and responsiveness of server applications can be improved by creating a pool of processors running in parallel in separate processes. Client requests processed independently by separate CPU cores without having to wait in a queue, will make the server application more responsive. Alternatively, a single long task split in parts and processed in parallel can utilize the full power of multi-core CPUs thus increasing the performance.
