What is EasySQLMAIL？

The full name of EasySQLMAIL is "EasySQLMAIL data release system". This is an automated push software designing for the enterprise whose main function is to be able to generate Excel tables or HTML format report forms automatically following the SQL statements of the administrator configuration, and through e-mail or "enterprise data publishing platform" and other channels which was built-in EasySQLMAIL, the report forms was pushed to designated person. This software was developed by Chengdu South New Information Technology Co., Ltd. in October 2014, and it released version 1.0 in October 2015 and the latest version is 1.0.1206.

What could EasySQLMAIL do?

By using EasySQLMAIL, you only need to write SQL statements. Without the need for additional programming and development, you can achieve data extraction, format conversion, report generation and send the whole process of automation, which can save valuable manpower and time for you.

Some of the features of EasySQLMAIL are as the following:

• To run SQL statements regularly, the results will be sent to the designated staff by mail.
• Convert data to Excel tables automatically and send them as attachments.
• Charts, tables and other content can be embedded in the body of the report forms for easy read.
• Regular monitoring for the data source can be achieved, if there is any abnormal (through the SQL statement to specify the exception conditions), then email designated staff to handle it.

EasySQLMAIL adopts the following measures for the enhancement of the system’s security:

Under the default conditions, mainframes besides the machine that EasySQLMAIL was located in are not allowed to access the web control interface of EasySQLMAIL for the safety of system and data origin.

• EasySQLMAIL used a multi-layer encrypted storage in the storage of data source passwords and other important information to ensure password security.
• When sending a report message, EasySQLMAIL has strict limits on the dispatch object of the reports. The dispatched object of the report forms was confined to the email address existed in the address book of the EasySQLMAIL system. The system administrator can control the delivery range of the report forms by managing the address book.
• In the enterprise business, by using link email, the report forms can be sent and inquired in the inner-enterprise only to secure the safety of the messege.
