With every release, there’s something worth celebrating—and this one is no exception! Check out a few favorites from our latest release: Sogolytics 32.5!

 

Rebranded and ready: Engage becomes Sogolytics

Big news! The Engage platform has officially completed its transition from “Engage by K12Insight” to Sogolytics. This final step in a year-long journey delivers updated logos, domains, and a consistent new brand identity across the platform. Existing links continue to work, streamlining the participant experience. (Read more details in our edu FAQ!)

 

What does this mean for you?

• Unified identity: You’ll now see the Sogolytics brand throughout the platform—including Help Center resources like the User Guide and Video Library.
• Simplified access: The platform domain is now edu.Sogolytics.com, with updated URLs for the platform, participation, emails, and more.
• Clear communication and expanded opportunities:  After the many steps we’ve taken to bring everyone onto the same page, we’re excited for the opportunity to clarify messaging and communication channels, as well as to provide more options in support, training, and webinars.

This migration not only strengthens our identity but also ensures a seamless experience for you. If you started off this year as an Engage user, we’re super excited to finally welcome you under the Sogolytics banner.

 

Navigation made simple: Introducing the left panel

A new look is here! To make navigating the platform even easier, we’ve introduced a Left Panel on the Home Page—designed to make it easier to discover new options and to streamline the user experience. Check it out!

 

You’ll see:

 

• Quick access: Core areas like All Projects, Resource Hub, Utilities, Notifications, Account Settings, and the Download Manager are now front and center (okay, left and center! ) in the Left Panel.
• Smarter visibility: Custom Dashboards and Directories (among our clients’ favorite new features!) now stand out more clearly.
• Extra polish: We’ve also refined the breadcrumb hover on the header and enhanced the hamburger menu for smoother navigation.
• Support and learning built in: The new panel makes it easier to access support, discover helpful tips, and explore resources that encourage ongoing learning.

 

It’s a cleaner, more intuitive interface that makes it easier to get where you need to go—and to uncover new ways to make the most of your Sogolytics experience.

 

Expanding horizons: New languages

Continued growth of list of available languages for multilingual survey projects

 

As our clients expand engagement, we’ve expanded our language options to make survey projects even more accessible. Now, five new languages have been added to accounts:

 

• Azerbaijani
• Bulgarian
• Danish
• Georgian
• Uzebek

With these additions, it’s easier than ever to connect with participants in their preferred language and expand the reach of your surveys and the value of your results. If you’ve been waiting for these options, you can start using them right away!

• Brand consistency in modules: Functional updates across Participation, Projects, and Reports modules.
• Code cleanup: Improvements to streamline performance.
